Party Poppers has been doubling in growth yearly and is always looking for hard-working, reliable, and proactive individuals to come be part of the fun and help us continue grow.

 

We work out of our shop in Broomfield most often during weekdays, and spend our weekends driving all over the area delivering and installing our fully custom displays.

 

We take pride in our final product and it is our absolute priority to leave every single client with a gorgeous display that surpasses their expectations!​

What Are We Looking For : 

  • Part-time, seasonal help for summer (with the possibility of continuing beyond seasonal into fall)

  • Weekend Install Support (Fri,Sat,Sun) - driving all over town delivering and installing our custom displays at various events. Must be available 2 weekends a month.

  • Occasional prep work during some week days (hours totally flexible) - inflating/building our displays in our shop in Broomfield (we do some events on weekdays as well)​

 

Who Are You : 

​

  • Problem solver - You will often need to get creative in finding solutions.

  • Creative - This job is all about creating Instagram-worthy displays for our clients.

  • Excellent people skills

  • Hard working - This jobs is really fun, but installations are a lot of hard work, sometimes outside and often up and down ladders.

  • Eye for detail - Many of our displays require hours of detailed work to get to the perfect final product.

  • The ability to work independently and manage your time well - This is not a role for someone who requires constant instruction. We offer a ton of freedom and flexibility if the work is getting down well.

  • Innovative - We love new ideas and techniques, and are always down to grow and improve our business.

  • Willing to learn - We can teach you just about anything needed to excel in this role as long as you are willing to learn! We will also expect you to learn to drive our cargo van (very easy). 

 

 

We pay $15/hr while training (1 month or sooner depending on skill), and $17-$19/hr (depending on role) once fully trained.
